A POSTAL MATTER DELIVERY METHOD

PURPOSE: A post delivery method for preventing a proxy receiver or a re-delivery of the post is provided to transmit important postal matter to the predefined proxy receiver through the personal authentication confirmation. CONSTITUTION: A date and time in which a postal matter is delivered is reported to a recipient(ST1). If the absence of a recipient is expected at a reported delivery time, the recipient confirms personal authentication in a post office server(ST2). The recipient designates the recipient at a time delivered postal matter(ST3). The information of the proxy receiver which the recipient designates is transmitted to a PDA(ST4). After postman confirms the proxy receiver, the postal matter is transferred directly to the proxy receiver(ST5).
