<p>The invention relates to an inhibitor of IL4I1 for use in a method for treatment of cancer displaying IL4I1-expressing cells in the human or animal body, provided that said cancer is not follicular lymphoma. In another aspect, the invention relates to a method for determining the prognosis of a subject suffering from a cancer, provided that said cancer is not follicular lymphoma, comprising the step of detecting the presence of IL4I1 in a sample obtained from said subject, wherein the presence of IL4I1 indicates that the subject has a poor prognosis. The invention also relates to a method for determining the prognosis of a subject suffering from a follicular lymphoma, comprising the step of detecting the presence of IL4I1 in a sample obtained from said subject, wherein the presence of IL4I1 indicates that the subject has a good prognosis.</p> |
