PURPOSE: A section control information providing system and a method are provided to watch a regulation speed excess of an average speed measured of vehicles using a 'two of image capturing devices with falling as a fixed distance. CONSTITUTION: A position information receiver(10) receives location information of vehicles. A storage unit(20) stores section control information. A controller(30) extracts sectional driving information with deciding whether a vehicle location is in a section control area from location information of the vehicle and the section control information saved in the storage unit. A display unit(40) indicates the section driving information.
