PURPOSE: A portable device for detecting daily life and a system having the same are provided to simply installing a sensing module in a product, thereby resolving psychological fear and feeling of refusal. CONSTITUTION: A behavior information detection unit(110) detects body behavior information from movement of a user. A product usage information detection unit(120) detects the product use information of the user from the sensing module of product. A control unit(130) generates daily life information of the user from the body behavior information and product use information. A memory unit(140) stores the daily life information.
