<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce skills or efforts required for creating electronic declaration data or applying electronic signature while ensuring required security. <P>SOLUTION: A declaration data creation system 1000 includes: a terminal 200 including a communication establishing means which reads user information from a portable medium 50, transmits an access request to a connection management server 400, and establishes communication with a specified computer device, and a creation instruction means which accepts creation instructions of the electronic declaration data and transmits the data to the computer device; and the computer device 300 including a data creation means which creates the electronic declaration data in response to the creation instructions from the terminal 200, a data saving means which transmits the electronic declaration data whose creation has been interrupted and a request to save the electronic declaration data to a connection management server 400, a data restoration means which transmits a restoration request of the temporarily saved electronic declaration data to the connection management server 400 and obtains the data, and a signature means which extracts an electronic certificate and a secrete key 10 from electronic certificate managing equipment 600, puts an electronic signature on the electronic declaration data, and transmits the data to an electronic declaration reception system 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
