<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly eliminate abnormality of a nonvolatile memory in the event of power supply interruption. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory device 1 consists of: the nonvolatile memory 2, such as a flash memory; a control part 3 which controls writing and deletion of data; and an interface 4 for input/output of data.
