PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recommendation device or the like which recommends proper information to a user in consideration of various factors such as attributes and interests of a target user and biases of various factors caused by an object to be recommended.

SOLUTION: A CPU of an information recommendation device 5 associates articles with a plurality of factors caused by users or the articles and calculates event probabilities (factor values) of factor events of the factors to generate an article analysis result TB 511.
