<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling and packaging apparatus capable of forming satisfactory heat seal. <P>SOLUTION: A heat seal method for forming a sealed portion by sandwiching the opening of a packaging bag made of a synthetic resin, between a pair of heat seal bars. The method includes: a step for measuring in advance a relation between the sealing strength and the temperature of a sealed portion right after the heat seal, and forming a temperature-strength curve, which is a curve representing the relation; a step for obtaining the optimum heat sealing temperature zone, which is a temperature zone of the interval between second and third bending points of the temperature-strength curve; a step for measuring in advance a relation between the set temperature of each heat seal bar during the heat seal and the temperature of the sealed portion right after the heat seal and forming a set temperature curve, which represents the relation; a step for obtaining the optimum set temperature zone, which is a set temperature zone for the heat seal bar corresponding to the optimum heat seal temperature zone based on the set temperature curve; and a step for setting the set temperature for the heat seal bar within the optimum set temperature zone and forming a sealed portion by sandwiching the opening of the packaging bag by means of the heat seal bars. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
