<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rolled sanitary paper with excellent design in addition to a flexible tactile sensation. <P>SOLUTION: The rolled sanitary paper 1A is obtained by forming a ply, where two or more original paper sheets are connected in a lamination state, and winding the ply in a roll state. The first micro-emboss area 8, where the first micro-emboss 6 is formed on the whole surface, is formed in the original paper sheet (an inner layer original paper sheet 2a) other than the outermost layer original paper sheet 2b positioned on the outermost side of the roll in the original paper sheets 2. A pair of design emboss areas 14, where design emboss 12 is formed in the both width direction side edges 10, is formed in the outermost layer original paper sheet 2b.
