<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling air intake structure of a vehicle capable of always taking in sufficient cooling air from the inside of a cabin to an intake port without deteriorating operability of a seat belt. <P>SOLUTION: In this cooling air intake structure, a webbing guide 31 for guiding a webbing 27 by abutting on a rear face of the webbing 27 of a seat belt device in a non-use state, and a recessed part 30 recessed to a vehicle body rear side in relation to the webbing guide 31 are provided on a surface continuous to a front surface of a seat back 14 of a side lining 21.
