PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in barrier property and low-temperature impact resistance, and to provide a molded product. SOLUTION: The resin composition contains 70-97 mass% of a vinylidene chloride copolymer and 3-30 mass% of a thermoplastic resin selected from a polyolefin resin and a diene-based polyurethane resin, wherein there are at least two peaks when its dynamic loss modulus (E") is measured under such conditions that the temperature-raising speed is 2°C/min, the vibration frequency is 10 Hz, and the temperature is -60°C to 50°C.
