PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently and accurately forming a desired unevenness such as a protrusion or a hole at the tip end of a tube. SOLUTION: A cutting device is configured of a receiving base 2 rotatably arranged at a fixed position and allowing the end of the tube 7 to be processed to be externally inserted and supported; a pressing roller 31 arranged to approach and separate form the receiving base and pressing the tube 7 to the circumferential surface of the receiving base 2; and a blade 4 having a mold part 41 corresponding to a length of one round of the tube and patterns to be formed at the end of the tube and arranged so as to approach and separate from the receiving base 2 and so as to be linearly movable or rotatable corresponding to the rotating speed of the tube on the receiving base. The blade 4 is linearly moved or rotated while rotating the tube 7 integrated with the receiving base 2 in a state that the blade 4 bites into the tube.
