<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a usable baseboard for a projected corner, which makes a manufacturing cost low. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A first member 4 is attached to both end surfaces of a baseboard body 3a; a second member 5, which is provided with first, second and third holes 8, 9 and 10, is arranged on the first member 4 in such a manner as to vertically overlap it; a spring 14 is provided to urge a lock pin 13 into the state of inserting a vertical supporting shaft 13a of the lock pin 13 into the first hole 8 of the second member 5 and the slot 7 of the first member 4 and of inserting a locking shaft 13b of the lock pin 13 into the second or third hole 9 or 10 of the second member 5 and the slot 7 of the first member 4; and a clamp 6 for gripping a baseboard 2 for a girder surface, which is attached to the second member 5, enables the baseboard body 3a to be gripped in a position orthogonal to the baseboard 2 by inserting the locking shaft 13b of the lock pin 13 into the second hole 9 of the second member 5 and the slot 7 of the first member 4, and enables the baseboard body 3a to be gripped in a position parallel to the baseboard 2 by pulling out the locking shaft 13b against the spring 14 and instead inserting the third hole 10 of the second member 5 and the slot 7 of the first member 4.
