<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted display, or the like, in which a notification mode for detected danger is changed in accordance with the moving speed of a user. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In a head-mounted display 1, a region with a high degree of hazards in an infrared image picked up by an infrared camera 13 is specified, and the moving speed of a user is acquired, on the basis of acceleration information from an acceleration sensor 2; and on the basis of the region and the moving speed, a deformed image is created by deforming the infrared image, and the deformed image is projected to the retina of the user.
