PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a water flow detector easily and reduce the possibility of improper operation. SOLUTION: A flowing water detecting valve has a valve structure 80 and a check valve structure 98. The valve structure 80 has an inflow path 90 at a primary side and an outflow path 92 at a secondary side. A valve seat 94 is mounted between both. The check valve structure 98 is pivotally mounted around an axis in the valve structure 80 in order to be opened with the flowing water pressure to the outflow path 92 from the inflow path 90. The check valve structure 98 has a valve lid 120 and a protrusion body 124. The valve lid 120 is fixed to a shaft 122. The valve lid 120 rotates together with the shaft 122 in order to open and close the valve seat 94. The protrusion body 124 is protruded from the valve lid 120 to be fitted into the inflow path 90. The outer diameter of the protrusion body 124 is the maximum on the valve seat surface 95.
