<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a defect that DC voltage conversion is made difficult and complicated, that a converter is difficult to be made, a characteristic is worsened, and the converter is made expensive promotes a society where AC is preferentially used compared to DC since the conventional DC voltage converter requires an electronic unit converting DC into AC, an AC transformer, a rectifying device converting obtained AC into DC and an electronic unit formed of a capacitor inferior in a temperature characteristic for smoothing obtained pulsating flow and in durability as DC is once converted into AC, voltage is converted by using the AC transformer and obtained AC is rectified and is converted into DC in the conventional converter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The defect of the conventional DC voltage converter is solved by conductor arrangement of a stator and a single pole permanent magnet of a rotor. A movement contact part of a rectifier and a slip ring does not exist in a DC unit and magnetic field intensity is made to be constant against a rotation direction. Thus, the DC voltage converter which stably obtains DC with a constant size, which is superior in the characteristic, cost and durability and which is used in a wide power range and at a high temperature is obtained.
