<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure with a small cross-sectional area which also enables to bear tensile strength by mixing fibers into the concrete which is a material of the concrete structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: By blending cement 1 which is hardened by water, aggregate 2 which are mixed in cement and fibers 3 which are mixed in cement, a concrete structure 10 can bear tensile stress. And, by forming a concrete structure 11 in which reinforcement bars 4 are embedded in cement, the cross-sectional area of the concrete structure 11 can be narrowed in minimizing the amount of reinforcement bars 4.
