PURPOSE: A road boundary stone capable of illuminating is provided to simultaneously light a roadway and a sidewalk, and to prevent a lighting device from being damaged by being formed inside a bidirectional illuminating passage. CONSTITUTION: A road boundary stone(1) capable of illuminating comprises a bidirectional illuminating passage(20) and a lighting device(30). The bidirectional illuminating passage is formed in a boundary stone body(10) and is penetrated through the top surface(13) exposed to a sidewalk(B). The lighting device is installed inside the bidirectional illuminating passage to be not damaged.
