PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of cis-1,4-polybutadiene is provided to control the insertion amount of a molecular weight modifier for adjusting the molecular weight, and to maintain the cold flow of the cis-1,4-polybutadiene. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of cis-1,4-polybutadiene comprises a step of inserting a molecular weight modifier to a quaternary catalyst system formed with an organo nickel compound, an organo aluminum compound, and a para-styrenated diphenylamine, under the presence of a non-polar solvent, when producing a mixed catalyst of an organo aluminum compound and a 1,3- butadiene monomer. 0.01~5 parts of molecular weight modifier by weight is included in the 100 parts of 1,3- butadiene monomer by weight.
