PURPOSE: A battery car charging apparatus using a motor and a buffer is provided to reduce time and cost required to charge by charging a storage battery into a self development electricity without additional energy cost. CONSTITUTION: Upward and downward cylinders(13, 15) are separated by a piston pad(14) of a buffer. The upward and downward cylinder includes vents(16, 25) of two up and down. Two of three direction automatic cone valves(18, 18a) and one of three direction automatic ball valve(19) are connected to high-tension hoses(17, 17a). An electricity is produced by rotating a gas or an oil compacted by a buffer pressure to a turbine. The produced electricity is charged on a storage battery(24) through a converter(23) and drives an electric motor(26). |
