<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive heat-resistant deep groove ball bearing which can demonstrate smooth rotation at low speed even under the high temperature atmosphere of approximately 280 to 650°C over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: In the heat-resistant deep groove ball bearing 10, a plurality of rolling elements 21, ceramic balls, are fitted in the raceway grooves 12, 18 of inner and outer rings 11, 17 made of stainless steel. The bearing is of a full type structure in which the rolling elements 21 are not retained by retainers and a gap for one or two rolling elements is provided in the circumferential direction in which the rolling elements 21 are arrayed. By providing predetermined clearance s between the rolling elements 21 and the raceway grooves 12, 18, the movement of the rolling elements 21 is not restrained by the inner and outer rings 11, 17 under the high temperature atmosphere. Filling slots 13, 19 for inserting the rolling elements 21 are provided on each one portion in the circumferential direction of the outside circumferential surface of the inner ring 11 and inside circumferential surface of the outer ring 17. An inner ring plate 15 is provided on the outside circumferential surface of the inner ring 11 as a come-off stopper for the rolling elements 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
