PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiling cooling device capable of driving a refrigerant pump for circulating a refrigerant without using a motor. SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 11 is disposed in an EGR gas pathway 4 in which an EGR gas recirculated from an exhausting system of an internal combustion engine 1 to an air supplying system, flows, and the EGR gas is cooled by latent heat in boiling evaporation of a part of the liquid-phase refrigerant. The refrigerant pump 15 is disposed in a pathway 20 for recirculating the refrigerant passing through the heat exchanger 11 to the heat exchanger 11 again. A turbine 30 rotated and driven by passing of the EGR gas is disposed in the EGR gas pathway 4, and rotative force by a turbine 30 is transmitted to the refrigerant pump 15 by a power transmitting means 31, so that the refrigerant pump 15 is driven.
