PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately wind a tire component member to a body to be molded without assistance when an unvulcanized tire is molded. SOLUTION: The tire component member G drawn on a server 11 is cut in a winding length by a cutting means 20, and the front end and rear end of the tire component member G are sucked and held by respective suction pads 43, 53 of a front end holding sticking means 40 and a rear end holding sticking means 50. Both the holding sticking means 40 and 50 are moved to the side of the body H to be molded, the holding of the front end is released by sticking the front end of the tire component member G to the body H to be molded, and the tire component member G is wound to the body H to be molded by rotating a support 2. In accordance with the winding of the tire component member G, the rear end holding sticking means 50 is moved toward the body H to be molded, and the rear end of the tire component member G is stuck to the body H to be molded to join the ends to each other.
