摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropically conductive connector by which stable electrical connection between a fine and highly integrated circuit device such as an IC, a CPU and a memory, and a circuit board and the like can be achieved, which exhibits satisfactory heat dissipation properties and suppresses noise to a high frequency signal when the high frequency signal including a clock frequency of 1 GHz or more, for example, is input to/output from the circuit device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The anisotropically conductive connector includes a thermally conductive frame board and an anisotropically conductive film which is arranged on the opening of the frame board and is supported by a peripheral part of the opening. The anisotropically conductive film includes: a connecting conductive part connected to a signal electrode in the circuit device to be connected; a functional part including a conductive part for ground connected to a ground electrode and an insulating part for insulating them from each other; and a supported part integrally formed with the periphery of the functional part and fixed to the peripheral part of the opening on the frame board.
