<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cut having a uniform depth in a coating formed on an object having a plurality of curved surfaces and free curved surfaces. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A cutting tool includes: a gripping section 16; and a blade connecting unit 20 fixed to the gripping section 16, and having a blade 12 connected through an elastic body 26. Even if the to-be-evaluated coating has a plurality of the curvatures and free curved surface, the depth can be constant when the blade 12 is pressed to the complicated curved surface since the blade 12 can be vertically moved by expanding and contracting the elastic body 26.
