<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed response by canceling the response delay caused by the hysteretic property of a shape-memory-alloy (SMA). Ž<P>SOLUTION: A control device (100) which feedback controls the position of a movable member (42) by an actuator (44) including the shape-memory-alloy (444) is provided with a position detecting equipment (110) which detects the position of the movable member (42) and outputs a detecting signal that shows the current detected position, a deviation calculator (120) which calculates the deviation between the current detected position shown by the detecting signal and a target position, a control value calculator (134) which obtains a control value based on the deviation, an operating section (140) which impresses the voltage being the operating volume on the shape-memory-alloy (444) based on the control value, and a calculating controller (138) which controls the operation of the control value calculator (134) to cancel the response delay caused by the hysteretic property of the shape-memory-alloy (444) based on the control value and the deviation.
