THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER COMPOSITION

Provided is a thermoplastic elastomer composition with excellent flexibility, mechanical properties, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, and low-temperature characteristics. The crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer composition contains 5-70 parts by mass of (C) a hydrogenated product of a block copolymer having at least one conjugated diene monomer unit block and one aromatic vinyl monomer unit block each, and 20-150 parts by mass of (D) an olefinic resin, to a total of 100 parts by mass of (A) an ethylene-a-olefin copolymer containing an ethylene unit and an a-olefin with carbon number 3-20, and (B) a copolymer having at least one hydrogenated copolymer block made primarily of a conjugated diene monomer unit and an aromatic vinyl monomer unit. The mass ratio ((A)/(B)) between the aforementioned (A) and the aforementioned (B) is 20/80-75/25.
