The device (1) has a housing (2) with a storage area (3) that is openable and closable with doors (4A, 4B). A tire holding device (5) i.e. tire receiving base frame, is arranged in the storage area. A circulating air blower operated by a motor returns air heated by a heating device to the storage area. The operation of the circulating air blower and the heating device is controllable and/or adjustable by a timing controllable on-off switch. The tire holding device is supported on a base frame of the housing.
