<p>The buoy has a threaded spindle-converter system (4) divided to a floating fixing buoy (2) and a vertically moved floater (1). A spindle winding (3) is fastened to the fixing buoy and spindle nuts. The spindle winding is fastened to the floater, and the spindle nuts are held with generators of the fixing buoy. The spindle winding is fastened on upper and lower sides of the floater. The threaded nuts are held with generators of a nestable system, which is freely and rotatably supported on a frame of the fixing buoy.</p>
