ELECTROMAGNETIC OVEN CIRCUIT BASED ON SOC CHIP

An electric circuit for electromagnetic oven based on SoC (System on a Chip) chip is provided. The circuit comprises a power inversion circuit and a CHK-S008 type SoC chip. A CPU, multiple comparators, an operational amplifier, an A/D converter, and an IGBT drive control module are integrated into the CHK-S008 type SoC chip. The circuit comprises a feedback exciting type IGBT driver, the IGBT driver comprises the IGBT drive control module, a comparator, an external drive circuit, and an external feedback circuit connected between the output terminal of the IGBT drive control module and the in-phase input terminal of the comparator, the output terminal of the comparator is connected to the feedback terminal of the IGBT drive control module, the external drive circuit is connected between the output terminal of the IGBT drive control module and the input terminal of the power inversion circuit for driving the power inversion circuit. The external feedback circuit feeds the IGBT drive pulse signal back to the interior of the chip to modify and optimize the waveform of the IGBT drive pulse signal, and the external feedback circuit can produce a motivation effect on a synchronization signal when the synchronization signal is weak so as to prevent the synchronization signal from failing when the commercial power is low.
