PURPOSE: Fountain-pen filler is provided to enable a user to discharge a trace amount of content to skin by required amount through ascent and descent operation of a piston which is pressurized with a push button. CONSTITUTION: Fountain-pen filler(1) comprises: a support cap(10) a fountain-pen filler pipe(20) which is combined with the support cap; a piston(30) which is mounted inside the fountain-pen filler pipe; and a push button(40) which is elastically installed using a repelling spring(42) to be operated with the piston. A discharge end(22) of the fountain-pen filler includes a coating surface(24) and a coating member.
