PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a color reproduction determination test capable of determining color reproduction on a determination object printed matter by a simple constitution, and to provide a method for manufacturing the sheet, and a color reproduction determination test method.

SOLUTION: This sheet for the color reproduction determination test for determining color reproduction on the determination object printed matter which is a determination object for color reproduction includes a test piece obtained by piling the determination object printed matter on a first reference printed matter which is a determination reference and on a second reference printed matter which is a determination reference having a different color reproduction range from the first reference printed matter so that the determination object printed matter is used as a print surface, a first reference piece obtained by piling the first reference printed matter on the determination object printed matter and on the second reference printed matter so that the first reference printed matter is used as a print surface, and a second reference piece obtained by piling the second reference printed matter on the determination object printed matter and on the first reference printed matter so that the second reference printed matter is used as a print surface.
