PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is undesirable to hear the sound to advise reception of the other data while listening to music. SOLUTION: In a user terminal 12a, a reproducing part 30 reads music files selectively input by a user from a music file storing part 28 and reproduces the music files. In the ordinary reproducing operation, an output part 34 outputs the relevant music file reproduced as the music sound. When an advised data receiving part 19 receives data from a network 16 such as termination of an electronic mail and a telephone call which require advice of reception, an advised data analyzing part 20 analyzes setting of such data and advising sound to determine a degree of importance. A frequency band assigning part 24 selects a pattern respectively for the advising sound and music from the assigning patterns of the frequency bands stored in the assigned data storing part 22 based on the degree of importance and frequency band of the advising sound. A voice processing part 32 extracts and combines elements of frequency bands assigned to the music and advising sound and the output part 34 outputs the combined frequency elements.
