PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device which simply adjusts a mounting angle, a vertical position and a lateral position of an object to be supported, and allows simple slide movement in an axial direction of a rod-like member. SOLUTION: An umbrella supporting device 100 of a supporting device is provided with: a first supporting member 1 which is inserted into a frame 90 so as to be slidable in an axial direction of the frame 90 taken as a rod-like member and turnable in a circumferential direction of the frame 90; a turn regulating member 3 which regulates a turn of the first supporting member 1 with respect to the frame 90; a second supporting member 2 which is fixed to a parasol 70 of an object to be supported and coupled to the first supporting member 1 so as to allow a thrust rotation; and a thrust rotation regulating member 4 which regulates the thrust rotation of the second supporting member 2 with respect to the first supporting member 1.
