The apparatus has multiple hydraulic actuators (210) equipped outside a lurking navigation body for exhausting hydraulic oil. A water leakage corps of inspection piercing apparatus (220) is mounted on a pressure hull (201) that is installed on the lurking navigation body and is provided with hydraulic oil for the hydraulic actuators. A piping interlock (230) is equipped inside the lurking navigation body. A hydraulic oil texture test apparatus (240) inspects property of matter of the hydraulic oil of a specific hydraulic actuator supplied through the piping interlock.
