The invention relates to an implantable kit for treating a prolapse of a pelvic organ, said prolapse being at least partially due to a relaxation of at least one muscle responsible for retaining said organ in position, said relaxation being at the origin of a fractionation of said at least one relaxed muscle into at least a first and a second portion, wherein said kit is characterised in that it comprises at least one prosthetic implant (7) designed to be positioned between the first and second portions of said at least one relaxed muscle in order to tighten said portions and so as to at least partially restore a substantially nominal operation of said at least one relaxed muscle. The invention also relates to implantable devices for treating prolapse.
