PURPOSE: A micro-fluidic device is provided to accurately perform a test with a small amount of sample fluid, and to improve the sensitivity of the sample fluid by controlling the movement speed of the fluid using a valve unit. CONSTITUTION: A micro-fluidic device comprises the following: a sample storage chamber(14) storing sample fluid; a sensing chamber(20) detecting specific materials from the sample fluid while being connected with the sample storage chamber; a cleaning solution storage chamber(32) connected with the sensing chamber; channels connecting each chamber; and a micro pump(36) transferring cleaning solution from the cleaning solution storage chamber. The micro pump generating gas includes water stored in a sealed micro tank, and citric acid and carbonate located around the micro tank.
