DOUBLE-HEADED SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: A double-headed swash plate type compressor is provided to smooth refrigerant intake to a cylinder bore and to improve the reaction speed of suction. CONSTITUTION: A double-headed swash plate type compressor comprises a housing, a cylinder block(100), a piston, a driving shaft, a swash plate, a valve plate, and a rotary valve. A first front discharge groove and a first rear discharge groove are separately formed toward the driving shaft on the driving shaft or on one side of the outer circumferential surface of the rotary valve. A first connecting groove which interlinks the first front discharge groove and the first rear discharge groove is formed in the inside of the driving shaft. A second front discharge groove and a second rear discharge groove are separately formed toward the driving shaft on the driving shaft or on the other side of the outer circumferential surface of the rotary valve. A second connecting groove which interlinks the second front discharge groove and the second rear discharge groove is formed in the inside of the driving shaft. The first front discharge groove and the first rear discharge groove interlinks to one sides of two cylinder bores(110) through a connecting hole(130) according to the rotation of the rotary valve. The second front discharge groove and the second rear discharge groove interlinks to the other sides of two cylinder bores through the connecting hole.
