PURPOSE: An inorganic coagulant feeder for purifying water is provided to dissolve an inorganic coagulant through plural times to be diluted for removing nitrogen and phosphorus generating the eutrophication. CONSTITUTION: An inorganic coagulant feeder for purifying water comprises the following: a pulverized body dissolution apparatus hopper(20) for dissolving an inorganic coagulant in a pulverized body state to the water; a screw conveyor hopper(30) for pulverizing agglomerated inorganic coagulant powder; a dilution tank(40) for diluting the inorganic coagulant discharging from the screw conveyor hopper; and a wastewater purifying tank(11) spraying the inorganic coagulant using a water spraying nozzle unit connected with a supply pipe of the dilution tank.
