SOLUTION: This silicon nano sheet has a base skeleton having a structure of linking a plurality of 6-membered rings constituted by silicon atoms. Among the silicon atoms constituting the 6-membered ring, the silicon atom bonding with the silicon atom having a hydrocarbon group having a functional group and bondable with a metal or metal oxide through an oxygen atom, the silicon atom bonding with hydrogen atom and the silicon atom bonding with hydroxy group present as mixed.
