<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a large amount of fuel gas in a fuel gas tank from being emitted to the outside of a fuel cell system in the fuel cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes: a fuel cell; the fuel gas tank which stores fuel gas to be used in the fuel cell; a main stop valve which is opened to supply the fuel gas stored in the fuel gas tank to the fuel cell, and closed to cut off the supply of the fuel gas; a detection part which detects the leakage of the fuel gas to the outside of the fuel cell system from an upstream region on a further upstream side than the main stop valve in the supply direction of the fuel gas to the fuel cell; and a power generation control part by which the main stop valve is opened and the fuel cell is made to generate an electric power for consuming the fuel gas in the fuel gas tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
