<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collector for indicating excellent corrosion resistance even in a severe corrosive environment. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive corrosion resistant coating film 2 composed of conductive diamond-like carbon is formed on a surface of a current collector base material 1 using aluminum, nickel or titanium as a main constituting component. The surface of the current collector base material 1 exposed from a defect 3 existing on the corrosion resistant coating film 2 is characterized by being covered with a passive state coating film 4 composed of one kind or two or more kinds among a fluorine compound, an oxygen compound, a nitrogen compound, a carbon compound, a phosphorus compound and a boron compound of the current collector base material 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
