BIOSENSOR AND BIOMOLECULE DETECTION METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor and a biomolecule detection method using the same capable of electrochemically detecting biomolecules which carry electric charges in small amounts.

SOLUTION: There are provided the biosensor and the biomolecule detection method which uses the biosensor. The biosensor includes both a sensing part which is arranged on a substrate and in which a target molecule for detection which specifically binds to a probe molecule is immobilized to its surface and a fluid channel for providing the target molecule for detection with a solution to be analyzed including the probe molecule. The probe molecule specifically binds to a target molecule and the target molecule for detection.
