PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine locking device capable of highly effectively preventing the fraudulent opening of a door. SOLUTION: A casing-side attaching member 4 has an abutting projection 13d. The abutting projection 13 is disposed to strike a projection 9e of an engagement member 9 when the engagement member 9 is turned to the intermediate position from the engaged position toward the released position to prevent further turning, and to separate downward from the projection 9e to allow the engagement member 9 to turn toward the released position of the engagement member 9 when the engagement member 9 turned to the intermediate position is moved upward by a prescribed releasing distance. A notch 9f, into which the lower end of a locking part 4c is inserted when the engagement member 9 turned to the intermediate position is moved upward by the releasing distance, is formed in the crossing part of a horizontal hole 9a and a vertical hole 9b.
