PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provideβ2 selective AR agonist having a sustained period of increased effect and/or longer action. SOLUTION: There are provided new multibinding compounds (medicines) which areβ2 adrenergic receptor agonists, partial agonists and pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds. The multibinding compounds and the pharmaceutical compositions are useful in the treatment and prevention of respiratory diseases such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and chronic bronchitis.
