<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, in particular, a structure of a joining member to easily manufacture and assemble a heat exchanger integrated with a liquid receiver, in the heat exchanger in which the joining member is disposed between a header and the liquid receiver and integrated. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger integrated with the liquid receiver, in which the liquid receiver is disposed on a side face of the header, and the liquid receiver is integrally brazed and joined with the header through the joining member, a pair of refrigerant pathway sections of a refrigerant pathway section communicated with the inside of the liquid receiver from the inside of the header, and a refrigerant pathway section communicated with the inside of the header from the inside of the liquid receiver, and a partition for dividing the inside of the header into a plurality of chambers, are integrally formed, the partition is inserted into an insertion hole formed on a side face section of the header to divide the inside of the header, and tip sections of the pair of refrigerant pathway sections are connected with holes formed on the other-side member composed of the header or the liquid receiver, thus the connecting member and the liquid receiver are fixed to prescribed positions to the header.
