<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining garbage bag and a storage box having improved cleanliness while collecting an area equivalent to 10-20% of a house cooking place, lost by placing a draining garbage storage box (a triangle draining corner), and making effective use of a limited space. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The draining garbage bag is such that a highly water repellent sheet is adhered to the single side of a general draining garbage bag being currently used. The storage box body is mounted with a fixing device, turned therearound, and placed on accumulated garbage to form a new space. A section placed on the garbage is processed to be water repellent or corresponding to purposes.
