<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box which can be assembled by one worker even if the packaging box is large and heavy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The knockdown packaging box is constituted by six almost square panels which are fitted into each other. In the knockdown packaging box, holes 10A, 10B, 20A, 20B are formed near the four sides of each of a bottom panel 10 and a lid panel 20, and a front panel 50, rear panel 60 and side panels 30, 40 are provided with protrusions 50A, 60A, 30B, 40B which are each fitted into the corresponding holes of the bottom panel and the lid panel. In addition, both the sides of the front panel and the rear panel are provided with protrusions 50B, 60B which are fitted into the holes of a pair of the side panels.
