<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle enabling easy and quick differential-lock operation from a wide area inside an operating section and improving workability, operability and safety. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Operation shafts 34L, 34R are attached in both ends of a lock arm 32, and operation parts 36L, 36R are arranged in the vicinity of both outer sides of a driver's seat 7 through the operation shafts 34L, 34R. Also, the right and left (both) operation parts 36L, 36R are connected with each other by a connecting rod 38 provided with an operation member 39 over the entire length, the connecting rod 38 is arranged along the shape of the driver's seat 7 and a floor 10, and both of the operation parts 36L, 36R are arranged so as to be housed in the floor 10.
