<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein there is a risk that air is mixed into a pressure increase linear control valve when a brake fluid flows out at exchange of a brake calliper and a brake hose on a downstream side of an ABS retaining valve. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the brake control device 20, the linear control valve is provided in the downstream side of a reservoir tank 34 for storing an operation fluid and an opening is adjusted by energization control. An opening/closing valve is provided in the downstream side of the linear control valve and is opened/closed by energization control. The brake calliper 84 is provided in the downstream side of the opening/closing valve and gives braking force to a wheel by feeding of the operation fluid from the reservoir tank 34. The control means maintains the opening/closing valve in the closed state when the brake calliper 84 in the downstream side of the opening/closing valve is removed. Ž<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
